KCl-LiF-LiCl熔盐体系中电解制备Al-Li母合金的电流效率和电能消耗研究
Study on Current Efficiency and DC Power Consumption in Electrolysis Processes to Preparation Al-Li Master AUoy by Molten KCl-LiF-LiCl Bath

【摘要】 研究了KCI-LiF-LiCl熔盐体系中电解制备Al-Li母合金时,各种工艺参数对阴极电流效率、直流电能消耗的影响。得到了合适的电解条件;以质量分数表示的电解质组成KCl:(LiCl+LiF)=30:70,LiF添加量2.0%-3.0%,阴极电流密度1.0-1.4A/cm-2,电解温度 993-1073K,电极间距离不小于为3cm。
【Abstract】 The current efficiency and DC power consumption in the electrolysis processes to preparation Al-Li master alloy using molten KCl-LiF-LiCl bath was studied. Effects on the current efficiency and DC power consumption of the bath composition, the amount of LiF in the bath, the current density of the cathode, the controlled temperature and the distance of the electrode were investigated in details. The reasonable conditions of the electrolysis were given as: the composition of molten salt WKCl: W (LiCl+LiF) =30: 70, WLiF=2.0%-3.0%, current density on the cathode 1.0-1.4A/cm-2, temperature 993-1073K, and the distance of the electrode should be bigger than 3cm.
