拜耳法溶液萃取-反萃过程中水的行为的研究

【摘要】 水在萃取拜耳法的萃取油相中有微小的溶解度,查明水在萃取-反萃流程中的迁移作用为工业流程设计所必需。实验表明:虽然水在萃取、反萃过程都会在油相中有所溶解。但在油相反复循环过程中,因反萃液水的活度大于萃余液,综合效果是水从反萃槽向萃取槽迁移。水的迁移使反萃液浓度提高,同时使萃余液稀释。用模式识别PLS算法总结铝酸钠、氢氧化钠溶液水蒸气平衡压实验数据, 求得水活度与Na2O、Al2O3浓度和温度的线性关系式。据此论证了水迁移和萃取拜耳法流程设计的关系。
【Abstract】 Water exhibits a small solubility in the oil phase in liquid-liquid extraction of Bayer liquor. It is necessary to investigate the behavior of water in the extraction-stripping recycling process in the process design of Bayer process modified by liquid-liquid extraction. It is found that the water transfer direction is from stripping side to the extraction side, due to the difference of the activity of water in both sides. PLS method was used to find the mathematical models of water activity in sodium aluminate solution and NaOH solution. And its relation to the process design was discussed.
