碳饱和铁液中硫活度的传感法研究
Study on Sulfur Sensor of Carbon Saturated Iron Melts

【摘要】 采用固相烧结法制备了CaS(1%Y2S3)固体电解质。以ZrO2基材料为支撑体,CaS(1%Y2S3)为固体电解质用等静压压制固体电解质管。应用交流阻抗技术测量了CaS(1%Y2S3)固体电解质的阻抗谱,计算出电导率。以WS2,W混合物为参比电极,钼丝和金属Mo陶瓷分别为参比电极和金属液的电极引线,用自制的固体电解质管组成测定硫活度的化学传感器,电池形式为: (+)Mo|W,WS2|CaS(Y2S31%)|[S]Fe|Mo金属陶瓷(一) 在1650K,1709K,1735K三个温度,测定了碳饱和铁液中[S]在0.004~0.15%范围内的电池电动势,结果表明碳饱和铁液中硫的活度和组成呈现规律性。同时在线测量了全传感电池在碳饱和铁液中的阻抗谱,实验表明在所测硫含量范围随着硫浓度的增加系统的阻抗增大;随着温度的升高系统的阻抗和容抗减小。
【Abstract】 In this work, CaS(1%Y2S3) was used as solid electrolyte to determination of sulfur of carbon saturated iron according to thermodynamics analysis. Calcium sulfur was prepared by gas-solid reaction. Y2S3 was synthesized by vacuum reaction. WS2 was synthesized by decomposing (NH4)2WS4. CaS(1%Y2S3) type solid electrolytes were synthesized by direct sinter method. The impedance spectra of CaS(1%Y2S3) were measured by a frequency response analyzer(FRA) in the frequency range from 10-1 Hz to 1MHz and temperature range of 800-1200℃. The experimental results show that the ionic conductivity range was from 10-4 S·m-1 to 10-6 S·m-1 which increases with increasing experimental temperature. Activity energy of CaS(1%Y2S3) solid electrolyte is 0.30eV. Equivalent circuit parameters corresponding to the impedance spectra were obtained, according to these, electric mechanism of CaS(1%Y2S3) were analyzed and discussed. Using CaS(1%Y2S3) as solid electrolyte and ZrO2(MgO) as support, the solid electrolytic tubes were prepared. The mixture of W and WS2 as reference electrode, Mo wires as electrode wire, using it as probe the cell assembly was: (+)Mol W, WS2lCaS (Y2S31%)l[S]Fel Mo(-) It was used to determine the activities of dissolved sulfur in carbon saturated iron melts with different sulfur concentration at 1650K; 1709K; 1735 K. The results show that there is a good corresponding relationship between EMF and sulfur content. The impedance spectra of the cell that was composed of the sulfur probe and the carbon saturated iron melt were on-line determined by FRA. The relationship between impedance of the cell and sulfur activities was obtained. After several experiments, the solid electrolytic tube did not craze. This character shows that the solid electrolytes are able to resist heat shock.
