板坯连铸中间包钢液流场的数学模拟

【摘要】 应用Fluent流体力学三维计算软件,用k-ε双方程模型在给定的数值计算条件下,对济钢第一炼钢厂4#板坯连铸中间包内的钢液流场进行数学模拟,计算了有、无流动控制下中间包内的钢液流动。结果表明,合理的流动控制有利于中间包内夹杂物的上浮和吸附;通过分析获得中间包流场的最佳优化方案。
【Abstract】 The fluid field in 4# tundish of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corp for slab concasting has been numerical simulated usingk-sdouble equation model in given numerical calculation condition by three dimensional mathematical software-Fluent.From the simulation of fluid field for with flow control and without flow control concludes that control facilities is usefull to the rising and sorbing of particles;through analysis obtains the best optimum design.for fluid field in tundish.
