碳还原熔渣中氧化物产生的内生气源引起熔渣发泡的研究

【摘要】 将高温熔渣中碳还原氧化物看作一级反应,反应的界面按双膜理论的方法来处理,即与时间无关,确定了还原反应产生气体量和时间的关系,进而给出了相应的内生气源发泡方程。根据在10 kg感应炉测定含TiO2渣发泡的试验结果,分析了计算方程中发泡的最大高度确定的方法,最大高度对应的时间为排出的气体远远大于生成的气体的时间。讨论了由发泡和消泡曲线计算平均发泡寿命的方法。

【Abstract】 The reaction of reducing oxide by carbon in molten slag with high temperature has been regarded as first-order reaction.The reaction interface has been considered with the method of double-film theory,that is,it had nothing to do with the time.And the relationship between gas quality of oxide reduction and time was determined,furthermore,the foaming equations originated from reaction have been established.According to the experimental results of reducing TiO2 in an induction furnace (10 kg) in labor,the method of determining of the maximum height of foam was investigated,and the time of the maximum height was obtained when the discharged gas was much more than originated gas.Then the method of calculate of the average foam lifetime with foam and rupture curves was discussed in details.
