废塑料气力输送过程中影响固气比因素的研究

【摘要】 研究了废塑料颗粒在管道气力输送过程中影响固气比的因素。为了实现高炉喷吹废塑料,进行了气力输送的模拟实验研究,结果表明:颗粒大小、塑料种类、输送管径和给料速度对塑料颗粒在气力输送过程中的固气比都有显著影响。PP和PE塑料颗粒,粒度增大,固气比降低;当颗粒粒度为3~5 mm时,PE,PP,PET三种塑料中,PET的固气比最高,PE的固气比最低;颗粒粒度为5-10 mm时,PP,PE,PS(微热)、PS(高温)4种塑料中,PS(高温)的固气比最高,PP的固气比最低;输送管径为36 mm的固气比比输送管径为45 mm的大;适当增大给料电机的转速,固气比相应增加。
【Abstract】 Factors influencing on solid/gas ratio of pneumatic conveying of waste plastics in pipe were studied in this paper.In order to realize to waste plastics injected into blast furnace,a similar research of pneumatic conveying experiment was done in the lab.The result was shown that the size of particles,the sorts of plastics,the diameter of pipe and the rotary speed of electric machinery have influence on the solid/gas ratio obviously.With increasing sizes of particles of PP and PE ,the solid/gas ratios decrease.In the case of size of particles is 3-5 mm,solid/gas ratio of PET is the biggest in these kinds of waste plastics:PE,PP and PET,but PE is the lowest.In the case of size of particles is 5~10 mm,solid/gas ratio of PS (high temperature) is the biggest in these kinds of waste plastics:PP,PE,PS (low temperature) and PS (high temperature),but PP is the lowest.Solid/gas ratio in the 36 mm conveying pipe is bigger than that in 45 mm.With increasing the rotary speed of electric machinery properly,solid/gas ratio also increases.
