中厚板表面在线检测系统的开发与应用
DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF ON-LINE SURFACE INSPECTION SYSTEM FOR MEDIUM AND HEAVY STEEL PLATES

【摘要】 介绍一套在生产线上使用的中厚板表面缺陷在线检测系统,该系统配备了20个面阵CCD摄像机和两套频闪氙灯。将光源发射的光照射到钢板表面,由面阵CCD摄像机采集钢板表面图像,通过对采集到的图像进行处理,可以在线检测中厚板常见表面缺陷,包括裂纹、麻点、结疤、夹杂。文中讨论了系统安装位置的确定,详细介绍了系统的总体设计及软件设计,并给出了系统目前的使用效果,同时也讨论了系统存在的一些问题。
【Abstract】 An on-line surface inspection system for medium and heavy steel plates is introduced. The system is e-quipped with 20 CCD area scan cameras and 2 stroboscopic xenon lamps. Lights emitted by lamps are illuminated on steel surfaces, and CCD cameras are used to capture images of steel surfaces, which are processed to detect defects on steel surfaces, such as cracks, pimples, scars, occlusions, and so on. Installation position of the system is discussed, and overall designing and software designing is introduced. Results of on-line application are presented, and existing problems are discussed.
