全数字高炉冷却系统水温差及热流强度在线监测技术在南钢4号高炉的应用研究

【摘要】 本文详细介绍了一种基于RS-485通信技术和现场总线技术结合的全数字高炉冷却系统水温差及热流强度在线监测技术在南钢4号高炉的应用,包括系统组成、特点、功能等,最后对该系统的应用情况进行了分析和总结。
【Abstract】 Application of a full numerical online monitoring technology of water temperature difference and thermal current strength for BF based on the RS-485 communication technology combined with on-the-spot totalline technology is introduced. Meanwhile, using cases of the system analysed and summarized.
