超低碳钢热加工变形行为的研究
RESEARCH ON THE DEFORMATION BEHAVIOR IN HOT-WORK FOR ULTRA LOW CARBON STEEL

【摘要】 本文采用THERMECMASTOR-Z热力模拟试验机研究了含碳量0.006%的超低碳钢在两相区变形的形变特征和规律,通过测定钢的流变应力和相变行为,得到了铁素体相变区间。在此基础上,研究了在不同的变形温度、道次间隔时间变形对钢的流变应力的影响,从而为预测和控制铁素体区轧制负荷提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The characteristic and regulation of deformation behavior inside the dual phase region had been investigated by using THERMECMASTOR-Z thermo dynamic simulator for 0. 006% ultra low carbon steel, and ferrite transformation,region, was,determined for the deformation by measuring flowing deformation stress and transformation behaviov. Furthermore, the effect of deformation interval time on the steel flowing stress had been studied under different deformation temperatures by dual compressing experimental method, which provides the evidence to predicate and control hot-rolling burden at ferrite region.
