热轧含Zr、Ti低屈强比大线能量焊接建筑结构钢力学性能与组织研究

【摘要】 利用Zr、Ti进行微合金化,对钢板进行控制轧制并在轧后两相区适当快冷,获得了低屈强比(YR≤0.75)的抗大线能量焊接高强度建筑结构钢。光学和电镜组织分析表明该钢中相对低硬度相(铁素体)体积分数约占60%,且特殊的铁索体亚结构组织和珠光体精细组织一方面可以保证材料具备较高的强度和韧性,另一方面可以有效降低材料的屈强比。100kJ/cm大线能量焊接热模拟热影响区(HAZ)具有良好的低温韧性。HAZ扫描电镜和透射电镜分析表明:HAZ组织中主相为以细小含Zr、Ti夹杂为形核核心的针状铁素体,且夹杂中Zr含量明显高于Ti含量。
【Abstract】 By using zirconium (Zr) and titanium (Ti) micro-alloying, controlled rolling and moderate cooling rate in two phases zone after rolling, a construction steel with the characteristics of low yield ratio(YR≤0.75) and high heat input welding was developed in this paper. Optical and electron microscopy were carried out to identify that in this steel the comparatively soft microstructure (ferrite) had a volume fraction about 60% , the special sub structure of ferrite and the fine microstructure of pearlite ensured the high strength and toughness of the material on the one hand, and on the other hand, it decreased the yield ratio of the material. The simulated heat affected zone (HAZ) of 100kJ/cm high heat input welding possessed good toughness in low temperature. SEM and TEM were carried out to identify that the main microstructures in HAZ were acicular ferrites which nucleated on fine Zr and Ti containing inclusions, and the content of Zr in the inclusions was remarkably higher than that of Ti.
