齿轮钢20CrMnTiH-1研究试制
ANALYSIS TESTING OF GEAR STEEL 20CrMnTiH-1

【摘要】 对采用80t转炉冶炼→LF炉精炼→矩形坯铸机全保护浇铸→半连轧机组工艺生产20CrMnTiHl钢进行了开发研究,产品化学成分稳定,控制范围窄,实现了淬透性带宽≤7.5HRC,晶粒度7~8级,氧含量≤28ppm,达到用户使用要求。
【Abstract】 The developing and researching about the steel 20CrMnTiH-1.grade adopted the technological process: smelting in BOF(80tons)→refining in LF→rectangular bloom continuous casting with full protect→semi-tandem rolling units. The products’ chemical components was stable, control range was narrow, Hardenability band was equal or lower than 7.5HRC, grain size 7~8 level, (oxygen content) [O]≤28×10-4%, met customer’s demands.
