中薄板坯铸态组织结构及夹杂物研究

【摘要】 本文利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对鞍钢中薄板坯连铸连轧机组生产的135mm厚度铸坯的铸态组织结构和夹杂物形貌进行了检验分析,结果显示:中薄板坯的铸态组织结构与传统厚板坯相近,由表面细小等轴晶区、柱状晶区和心部等轴晶区三部分组成。铸坯中外来大颗粒夹杂很少,大多为细小的氧化物、硫化物及铝酸盐类复合夹杂,并呈球、点、块状分散分布,最大夹杂物尺寸18μm。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and non-metallic inclusions in the medium thickness CC slab of 135 mm were observed and analyzed by using optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy. The resultants are as follows: There are three parts of fine grain at the surface. dendritic feature and equiaxed grains. A few of foreign inclusions were found,most of the fine inclusions were oxide. sulphide and aluminate and the largest inclusion is 18 μm.
