电脉冲孕育处理改善连铸坯凝固组织的试验研究

【摘要】 在连铸生产中利用电脉冲孕育处理技术,开展改善和细化连铸坯凝固组织的试验研究。对高碳钢和低合金钢连铸坯进行电脉冲处理的结果表明,可以明显细化连铸坯的凝固组织,与未经电脉冲处理的连铸坯相比,连铸坯的柱状晶低倍形态由粗长的凝固组织变成细短的凝固组织,柱状晶的长度明显缩短,连铸坯的等轴晶区扩大,中心缩孔缺陷得到明显改善。

【Abstract】 The exploratory testing study of modifying and fining the solidification structure of concast steel billet is carried out in concast production by the technology of electro-pulse modification. It shows that the result of highcarbon and low alloy steel treated by electro-pulse can obviously fine the solidification structure of concast steel billet. Comparing with the one not to be treated, its macroscopic morphology has changed from a long thick structure into a short thin one, the column crystal length has shortened greatly, the area of central isometric crystals of continuous cast steel is enlarged and the core shrinkage cavity and other defects have obviously decreased.
