AlMnca合金脱氧技术研究
STUDY ON THE DEOXIDATION TECHNOLOGY WITH AlMnCa ALLOYS

【摘要】 针对低碳低硅低铝钢的脱氧问题,首先在MoSi2电阻炉上使用φ670mm×100mm MgO质坩埚,在1873K下开展了3炉AIMnCa脱氧实验。结果表明,采用1号IMnCa脱氧剂脱氧后,钢中溶解氧含量和全氧含量均较低,终点全氧含量为37×10-6。采用AlMnCa脱氧后钢中夹杂物大部分为含有CaO的复合夹杂物,其形状大部分为球形。在25t转炉上采用1号AlMnCa脱氧后钢中氧含量平均为23.8×10-6,最低达到8×10-6。AlMnCa合金生产工艺及其脱氧工艺技术还有待于进一步研究。
【Abstract】 Deoxidation experiment of 3 heats with AlMnCa alloys for low carbon, low silicon and low aluminium steel was done in MoSi2 furnace with φ70mm×100mm MgO at 1873K. After deoxidized with No. 1 AlMnCa alloys, the dissolved oxygen and total oxygen in the steel are the lowest one, the total oxygen is 37×10"-6. The inclusions in the steel are calcium-containing composite inclusions and most of them are spherical. Industrial deoxidation trials with No. 1 AlMnCa alloys were done at a 25t LD, the mean oxygen content in the molten steel is 23.8×10-6, the lowest is 8×10-6. The production technology of AlMnCa alloy and its deoxidation process should be research further.
