涟钢中型转炉高效吹氧技术研究

【摘要】 涟源钢铁厂80t转炉采用高效吹氧技术,炉产量平均增加到100t,供氧强度达到3.83Nm~3/(t·min)。依据射流流场测定结果优化了氧枪喷头参数,改进了供氧和造渣制度,使年产钢量增加了25万t。
【Abstract】 The average heat size of 80t convener at Lianyuan Steel was increased to 100t with an oxygen supply intensity of 3.83 Nm~3(t·min) by optimization of lance parameters based on measurement of blow field of jetting, optimization of oxygen supply regime for slag formation and increase of charge. Thus, the yearly output was increased by 0.25mil.t.
