较高硅含量铁水预处理脱磷研究

【摘要】 采用热态实验方法,研究了熔剂组成、熔剂用量和实验温度对较高硅含量铁水预处理脱磷效果的影响。结果表明,铁水的磷含量在脱磷剂加入3~5min降得很快,多数实验脱磷率在70%~90%之间。脱磷过程中铁水的碳含量降低小,铁水中碳的氧化量在12%~19%之间。用氧气代替Fe2O3中的部分氧,随着代替量的增加,脱磷率有所降低。合理的铁水脱磷温度在1300℃和1350℃之间,高温(1400℃)下容易发生回磷现象。适当大的脱磷剂用量有利于提高脱磷效果。

【Abstract】 The influences of flux composition, flux amount and temperature on dephosphorization from hot metal with slightly high silicon were studied with experiment at high temperature. The results show that phosphorus content decreases rapidly in 3 to 5 minutes after the addition of the flux and the degree of phosphorus removal in most experiments reaches 70% to 90%. During the dephosphorization,carbon content in the hot metal decreases slightly and its oxidization amount is about 12% to 19%. The degree of dephosphorization decreases with increase in oxygen substitution with oxygen gas for Fe2O3. Suitable temperature range for phosphorus removal is between 1300℃ and 1350℃ . High temperature in dephosphorization process will cause phosphorus reversion. Reasonably large flux amount is favorable to the dephosphorization.
