高炉喷吹废塑料预处理的环境保护

【摘要】 废塑料不能直接用作冶金资源,必须经过适当的预处理。废塑料分不含氯和含氯的两大类。本文主要对不含氯废塑料造粒和含氯废塑料(PVC)脱氯处理进行了研究。分析比较了废塑料造粒方法及脱氯对环境及资源回收的影响。得到了不同废塑料最佳造粒方法及PVC热解脱氯的最佳工艺条件并很好地控制了二次污染。
【Abstract】 Waste plastics(WP) can’t be used as metallurgic resource directly, must be pretreated. WP classifies nonchloric and chloric species. This paper researched granulating of nonchloric waste plastics and dechlorination of chloric WP(PVC) mostly. The influence of granulating method of WP and dechlorination on environment and resource recycle was analyzed and compared. The best granulating methods of different WP and technics condition of thermal decomposition dechlorination of PVC were reached,and the secondary pollution was well controlled.
