废旧电池电芯对煤粉助燃作用的试验研究

【摘要】 回收废旧电池对资源综合利用和环境保护具有重要现实意义。本文通过试验研究了Zn-Mn干电池对煤粉燃烧效果的影响,结果表明:废旧Zn-Mn干电池经去壳、脱除有害元素后,可作为煤粉助燃剂使用。其中,对无烟煤的助燃效果明显,对烟煤的助燃效果一般;电芯中的碳对高炉煤粉喷吹无明显影响。富氧与助燃剂综合使用,可进一步提高煤粉燃烧率。

【Abstract】 The recycling of Waste battery has great actual effect on resource utilization and environmental protection. The influence of materials in waste battery to the combustion efficiency of pulverized coal was investigated based the experiment. The results show that waste battery could be used as combustion-supporting agent after been shelled and eliminated nocuous elements. It could improve the combustion efficiency of anthracite greatly, but not obviously to the bitumite. The combustion efficiency will be improved and the cost will decreased while added treated waste battery and oxygen enrichment.
