马钢2500m~3新2号高炉冷却壁工作状态下的温度场与热应力研究及长寿对策

【摘要】 针对马钢2500m~3新高炉第一代炉役冷却壁分段采用不同材质实际及设计生产数据,计算了高炉开炉后顺行稳产期的各区域热负荷。根据传热学理论,对各层冷却壁建立了三维物理及数学模型,并采用有限元分析方法,计算出高炉各段冷却壁工作状态下的温度场和热应力分布,分析了薄弱点及分布规律和特点。提出了该高炉冷却壁长寿的操作控制措施和改进对策。

【Abstract】 According to real geometry size and other design parameters and operating data of 1st generation cooling stave at MAS Steel’s 2500m~3 new No. 2 BF with the different material, the thermal load is calculated at different sections under steady working conditions. 3D physics and mathematics model for three kinds of cooling stave was established, the temperature field and thermal stress distribution of cooling stave were obtained on the different sections of BF by means of finite element method. The shortcoming, distributing regularity and feature were analyzed, a method of control operation and a countermeasures for long blast furnace production campaign are proposed.
