喷洒CaCl2溶液改善烧结矿低温还原粉化试验研究

【摘要】 昆钢三烧结合自身实际,通过实验室试验研究,选择确定了适宜的CaCl2试剂以及烧结矿喷洒CaCl2工艺参数,在工业试验期间,使用约10kg/t、浓度3.1%的CaCl2溶液可明显改善烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能:低温还原粉化强度RDI+6.3提高51.31个百分点、低温还原粉化指数RDI-3.15降低33.20个百分点、磨损指数RDI-0.5降低5.41个百分点。使用该烧结矿可使高炉操作指标得到提升,昆钢高炉生产条件下,使高炉料柱压差降低2kPa、透气性指数提高188m3/(min·MPa),高炉炉况顺行,无崩挂料,高炉增产节焦效益显著。

【Abstract】 According to its own practice, the third sintering plant of KISC finds the adapted reagent that contains CaCl2 and the technical parameters of industrial test of spraying CaCl2 to the sinter through lab experimental investigation. During the time of industrial test, spraying 10kg/t 3.1% CaCl2 solution to sinter, the sinter low temperature reduction disintegration indexes are improved dramatically: RDI+6.3 increases by 51.31%, RDI-3.15 decreases by 33.2%, RDI-0.5 decreases by 5.42%. As a result, the BF operation indexes have been improved,the pressure drop of stock column decreases 2kPa, permeability index increases 188m3/(min·MPa), the blast furnace is in free driving condition, hanging and slipping don’t happen, production increases dramatically and the consumption of coke decreases obviously.
