钢卷退火过程导热和热应力数学模型
The Mathematical Models of Heat Conduction and Thermal Stress for Steel Coil in Annealing Process

【摘要】 研究了钢卷在罩式炉中的退火过程,建立了钢卷的导热和热应力数学模型,耦合求解出钢卷的温度场和应力场,所得结果对钢卷退火工艺的优化具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 The mathematical models of heat conduction and thermal stress were established for steel coil annealed in HPH furnace. The coupled temperature and stress distribution in the coil were obtained, which is helpful to the optimization of the coil annealing process.
