【摘要】 本文论述了将高温空气燃烧技术应用于燃气辐射管燃烧器加热装置,设计研制出W型和U型蓄热式(HTAC)燃气辐射管燃烧器并经不断实验改进推出定型产品。分析和介绍了新型(HTAC)燃气辐射管燃烧器的工作原理和设计结构与技术性能及其特点,蓄热式燃气辐射管燃烧器具有热效率高、节能、表面温度分布均匀、使用寿命延长,CO2和NOx排放量低和工作运行柔性好等突出优点。具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 This paper is dealt with regenerative fired-gas radiant tube combustor heating device by use of high temperature air combustion technique. Designed and developed W-type and U-type regenerative(HTAC) fired-gas radiant tube combustor and is improved continuously depend on a large number experiments and set out finalize the design products.One is analyzed and introduced work principle and design structure and specification characteristic as well as technical distinguishing feature for new model regenerative (HTAC) fired-gas radiant tube combustor. Regenerative(HTAC) fired-gas radiant tube combustor is possessed excellent advantages, such as: high heating efficiency, saving energy, radiant tube surface temperature well-distributed and extension service life and exhaust CO2& NOx low as well as performance flexibility well et al. It is possessed vast application prospect.
