利用低温蒸馏工艺处理轧钢污泥技术研究

【摘要】 为解决轧钢含油污泥的环境污染问题,实现铁鳞的高附加值利用,本文提出利用低温蒸馏法处理含油铁鳞新技术。实验室基础研究、中试试验和工业试生产研究结果表明:采用低温蒸馏和废油回收工艺完全可以实现轧钢污泥的无害化处理和资源化利用,该项目具有显著的经济效益和环保效益。
【Abstract】 For the environmental protection and the resource recycling, a new process of rolling mill sludge disposal by the low temperature distillation was proposed. The new process has been confirmed by the laboratory experiments and industrial tests. Results indicated that the process of rolling mill sludge disposal by the low temperature distillation changed the rolling mill sludge into water, oil and ferric oxide powder, and did not cause second pollutions, which have been proved not only economically and environmentally friendly with notably industrial application.
