球团竖炉干燥问题研究
Study on Drying Problems of Pellet in Pelletizing Shaft Furnace

【摘要】 本文以济南钢铁厂球团竖炉为背景,通过生产观察、实验测试和理论分析,研究了竖炉内球团干燥存在的问题及成因、危害和强化干燥的措施。结果表明:球团干燥表现出的主要问题是球团干燥不彻底且不均匀,问题的主要成因是烘床底部球团“滞留”、顶部球团“超越”及干燥气源不足等,主要危害是限制竖炉产量、降低成球质量及增加工序能耗,最后分析了强化球团干燥的两种措施:炉内强化干燥和炉外预干燥,指出炉外预干燥是强化生球干燥的有力手段。
【Abstract】 Based on pelletizing shaft furnaces(PSF) in Jinan iron & steel Co. L.td, the drying problems of pellet in PSF were studied according to production observation, drying testing and theoretical analysis. The results show that pellets at the edge of drying bed can’t be dried thoroughly and evenly, which are the main drying problems of pellet in PSF. In addition, the pellets on the bottom of the drying bed are stagnant while those on the top of the drying bed are exceeding and the source of drying gases is insufficient, which are the main causes of formation. In this way, the output of PSF is restricted, the quality of product is decreased and unit energy consumption of palletizing working procedure is increased. Finally, it is pointed that the preheating of pellet outside PSF is the key measure to strengthen the drying of pellet in PSF.
