球团竖炉料层阻力特性实验研究

【摘要】 气流通过球团竖炉内填充床的阻力特性计算通常采用Ergun公式,但在应用过程中发现Ergun公式存在很大偏差,基于此,本文建立了球团竖炉冷态模型装置,并在模型上测定了空塔流速与料层压降之间的关系,依此对Ergun阻力系数f1和f2进行了回归得到了Ergun修正公式,通过实验证明该修正公式比Ergun公式更为准确地描述竖炉内的料层阻力。

【Abstract】 Ergun formula is usually used in the resistance calculation of gas flow through the packed beds in the pelletizing shaft furnace (PSF for short), however it was discovered there were some shortcomings in some applied fields. We built a cold-state sutup of PSF, measured the relation between superficial velocity and pressure drop, and Ergun formula coefficient f1 and f2 were modified,and then we got a modified formula. It was proved that the modified formula was more precise than Ergun formula, and the modified formula can provide the basis for analyzing & researching the resistance calculation of gas flow in PSF.
