我国球团焙烧发展现状及展望

【摘要】 利用球团竖炉利用系数的经验式,结合我国目前钢铁的发展态势,以利用系数为指标,分析了我国球团竖炉发展现状,并针对竖炉利用系数的提高作了展望。结果表明:竖炉干燥床面积与焙烧带面积之比多数小于2.0,干燥面积偏小;冷却风、焙烧风与球团矿的热流比之和多数小于1.6,冷却风和焙烧风量偏低;竖炉利用系数最大可达到8.0t/m2.h。为了提高竖炉的利用系数。一方面可通过技术挖潜来,另一方面走集约化道路。提高球团矿生产规模,并实现两者的有机结合。

【Abstract】 According to the empirical formula of the pelletizing shaft furnace utilization coefficient, combining the development situation of the Iron currently in china, takeing utilization coefficient as the index, we analyzed the present developing condition of the pelletizing shaft furnace in our country, and made the outlook to improve the utilization coefficient of the shaft furnace. The results show that the area ratio of drying bed and roasting zone was less than 2.0, the dry area is partial to small; The sum of heat flow ratio of roasting and cooling is mostly less than 1.6, cooling gas and the roasting gas volumes was low; The maximum utilization coefficient of the shaft furnace can be attained 8.0 ts/ m2.h. For the sake of improving the utilization coefficient of the shaft furnace, the technique method can be adopt; In addition, improving the productivity per furnace and the scale of pelletizing shaft furnace is practicable, and organic association that carry out both.
