【摘要】 本文针对混铁炉耐火材料内衬使用寿命较短的现状,通过对酒钢2座600吨混铁炉存在主要问题的分析和研究,以提高炉衬的使用寿命为中心,采用混铁炉整体浇注技术的工艺方案,合理选择耐火材料内衬,制定合适的烘炉方案,有效提高了混铁炉的使用寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the analysis and study of problems-the shot-live refractory liner-existed in two 600 ton mixer furnace of JiuQuan Iron & Steel Group Corp., this paper put forward Integral casting technological operation.
