蓄热式连续加热炉温热制度的研究
Study on the Temperature and Heat Regime of the Regenerative Continuous Heating Furnace

【摘要】 建立了蓄热式连续加热炉传热封闭灰腔辐射模型,根据模型研究了加热炉的温热制度,研究表明:随着空气消耗系数的增大,单位热耗增大,生产率降低,近似呈线性关系;不同生产率下的最佳燃料分配比保持燃料比为0.48:0.42:0.1不变。
【Abstract】 A model of the regenerators and continuous heating furnace is established. In this model, the temperature and heat regime is studied. The research results showed that with the improvement of the air consumption, the specific heat consumption increases and the thermal load of furnace decreases. The best fuel portion of different productivity of furnace is not change with the thermal load of furnace. And it is 0.48: 0.42: 0.1.
