连续加热炉建模与控制系统仿真研究
Simulative Study on Reheating Furnace Modeling and Control System

【摘要】 基于连续加热炉内在机理,通过考察其区域能量平衡建立了炉子热过程数学模型;以此为核心进一步开发了加热炉SCC+DDC两级控制系统的仿真软件。仿真系统具有友好的人机界面、良好的可移植性和可扩充性,同时为加热炉优化操作与控制的理论研究提供了良好的仿真环境。仿真结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 According to intrinsic mechanism of reheating furnace, furnace heating process mathematics model is present by its area energy balance. With the model as a kernel, software for the control system including SCC and DDC of furnace is developed. The simulation system with friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface), nicer transplant ability and expansibility provides a better simulation environment for the theory study on furnace operation and control optimization. The simulation shows that the results are satisfied.
