连续加热炉在线控制系统的仿真研究

【摘要】 以总括热吸收率法为基础,结合三元模型,对连续加热炉控制过程进行了研究。本研究包括控制算法和炉子模型两大部分,前者包括DDC+SCC两级控制,后者为前者的离线研究提供了完善的软件平台。用加热曲线法较全面研究了炉子一般动态和典型大幅度动态操作时的SCC决策,有利于其在线应用。
【Abstract】 Based on total heat exchange factor method and ternary model, the reheating furnace’s control system is studied. The study includes control algorithm and furnace mathematical model. The latter provides a perfect software environment for the former, which is consisted of DDC and SCC. The SCC strategies under common dynamic operation and representative operation by a wide margin are useful for application on-line, studied in many aspects by heating curve method.
