工业炉三维温度场可视化试验研究

【摘要】 本文利用两只CCD火焰图像探测器和相应的计算机图像采集处理系统,在武汉钢铁公司热轧带钢厂步进式炉中进行炉内钢坯表面温度检测及三维温度场可视化试验研究。通过火嘴调试试验证明,本系统能较准确直观地在线检测不同工况下,炉内温度分布及板坯温度分布的变化情况。通过三维温度分布综合分析诊断,可望提供各火嘴燃料量和风量优化调整,加热工件在炉内最佳加热时间等指导信息,为工业炉安全和经济运行提供新型的现代化的监控手段。
【Abstract】 This paper described an experimental visualization of three-dimensional temperature field and detection of sheet billet surface temperatures by two flame detectors and image processing hardware in walk beam furnace of hot-strip factory in Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation. As operation status of burners changes, this system can visualize on-line the three-dimensional temperature distribution inside the furnace and sheet billet surface temperatures. By integrating diagnostic software, this system would be able to provide the regulating information of input fuel and air rates of burners and optimally heating time of workpiece, serving as a new-style, modem monitoring tool for industrial furnace safety and economic operation.
