高炉三维炉衬温度场数值模拟
Digital Simulation on Three-dimensional Temperature Field of Lining of Blast Furnace

【摘要】 本文以宝钢2号高炉为模拟研究对象,以沿高炉高度方向不同部位对称体为控制体进行传热分析,建立了三维柱坐标砌体结构传热过程的数学模型。采用有限差分法对高炉砌体结构的温度场进行了数值模拟,给出了高炉三维温度场分布,为指导高炉炉衬的合理设计和操作参数的优化奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 This paper uses No. 2 blast furnace body of Bao Steel as research object, doing the heat-conduction analysis of symmetry bodies as control bodies which are from different height of blast furnace body and the three-dimensional heat-conduction mathematical model was established. This paper adopts finite difference method to carry on digital simulation on blast furnace body temperature field and obtaining the distribution of the three-dimensional temperature field of blast furnace. Set the basis for guiding the reasonable design of blast furnace body and operation parameter’s optimization.
