低合金高强度钢连铸过程氮化物、碳化物析出研究
Research on the Precipitation of Nitrides and Carbides in HSLA Steel during Continuous Casting

【摘要】 介绍了氮化物、碳氮化物对连铸坯裂纹产生的影响机理;建立了低合金高强度钢连铸过程碳化物、氮化物析出模型,结合现场试验验证了连铸坯传热模型,在此基础上分析了连铸板坯析出物析山特点,优化了板坯连铸的二冷工艺,取得了良好的应用效果。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of slab cracks as a result of the nitrides and carbides precipitation is introduced in this paper. The model of carbides and nitrides precipitation in slab is established. These models are modified according to the results of plant tests. Base on the characteristics of precipitation in the slab in plant, some calculating results are used in secondary cooling system technology optimization successfully.
