弹性性能对太阳电池板应力的影响

【摘要】 解析法研究了弹性性能对温度场中太阳电池板最大应力的影响。分析结果表明,聚酰亚胺及与其相邻的硅橡胶中存在最大拉压及切应力,选用较低弹性模量的聚酰亚胺薄膜或剪切模量较小的硅橡胶可以显著降低结构最大应力值。
【Abstract】 Effect of elastic property on the stress of solar panel in thermal field is studied by analytical method. The analytic results show that the maximal of tensile, press and shear stress found themselves in the layers of polyimide film and adjacent silicon rubber. Maximal stress in structure decrease remarkably by choice of polyimide film of lesser elastic modulus or silicon rubber of lesser shearing modulus.
