【摘要】 邯钢2000m3高炉是由德国引进的二手设备,从1700m3改造扩容为2000m3。2003年10月份大风机投入运行,但随着冶金资源的日益紧缺,原燃料条件日益变差,高炉遇到了有风加不上、风口频繁损坏、高炉产量上不去、指标不理想等问题。2003年11月份后,随着采取提高烧结矿碱度等精料方针、调整送风制度和装料制度、改善风口质量等一系列措施,高炉炉况保持了长周期稳定顺行,各项技术经济指标达到国内同类型先进水平,高炉利用系数达到2.5t/d·m3以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 Han steel’ 2000m3BF was constructed using second - hand equipments of a German BF which volume was 1700m3. It was successful to overcome the problem of the change of the materials’ condition, which has been becoming worse and worse since October 2003,the blast volume being lower and the tuyeres damaged often.the technique indexes being not very good for a long time,by taking a series of measures.such as controlling reasonable blast speed and using reasonable burden distribution methods, using good quality materials, improving the quality of the tuyeres and so on. The tech-nique indexes have reached the top Ievel of the same kind BF in our country and the productivity has reached 2. 5t/d·m3.更多还原
