【摘要】 进行了L415MB(API 5L X60 PSL2)级油气输送用直缝埋弧焊管中厚钢板的工业试验研究。结果表明,降低C含量,保持与普通16Mn相近的Mn含量,采用Nb、V、Ti微合金化技术结合适当的控轧控冷工艺,按照目前企业的生产装备水平,可以生产符合国标GB9711.2-1999,厚度范围在10～20mm的L415级管线钢中厚板。更多还原

【Abstract】 Trial - production of L415MB(API 5L X60 PSL2) pipeline plate has been fallen out. The results showthat decreasing the carbon content, keeping the Mn content similar to that of plain 16Mn and micro - alloying of Nb, Vand Ti, L415MB pipeline steel plates with thickness in the range of 10 - 20mm meeting the requirements of the China na-tional standard, GB9711.2 - 1999, can be successfully produced by the TMCP in the metallurgical installments ofShougang Group Corporation.更多还原
