圆坯连铸结晶器热流在线监控系统的开发

【摘要】 利用自制热流传感器,开发了连铸圆坯结晶器局部温度热流联合在线监测试验系统,共设置了36个热流监测点。根据实测温度采用反算法求解温度场。研究表明,弯月面以下存在一个狭窄区域的高传热区,它对操作工艺影响很敏感,其热流的大小和周向分布的均匀性在一定程度上能够反映坯壳的厚度及均匀性。发生异常传热时(比如:结晶器冷面水垢等),沿结晶器周向,温度和热流的分布会出现不一致情况。因此在线检测结晶器热流与单独检测温度相比,可更准确、直接反映结晶器传热状态和坯壳厚度的分布。结晶器安装状态不同高热流区热流沿周向不均匀性纷布特征不同,在一定程度上可以用来判断结晶器的安装状态和评价坯壳的均匀性,从而预测裂纹发生的可能性。
【Abstract】 Especially designed heat flux sensor is adopted, and an experimental system has been developed to on - line monitor the local mould heat flux and temperature simultaneously in the continuous casting of round billet. 36 points have been set for measuring heat flux and temperatures, from which an inverse problem model has been developed to calculate the temperature field. The research results show that, below the meniscus forms a narrow high heat flow region where the heat flux is sensitive to the operational parameters. When abnormal heat transfer happens (i.e. water scale at the cold face of the mould), the profile of temperature is not corresponding to that of heat flux around the mould circumference. The heat flux in the high heat flow region is non - uniform along the circumferential direction, and its value and uniformity can reflect that of the shell thickness to some extent. The distributions of heat flux along the circumferential direction empower different characteristics for different strands, which could estimate the state of mould installation in the caster and evaluate the uniformity of shell thickness, thus predicting the possibility of cracks formation.
