圆坯方坯凝壳长大的解析及其近似处理

【摘要】 经典的凝固平方根定律一般不适合于描述圆坯和方坯的连铸凝壳长大过程,本文推导了圆坯凝壳长大的圆坯凝固方程,k2t=r02/2+r2(1n(r/r0)-1/2)。圆坯凝固方程适用于方坯凝壳长大过程。可称为圆方坯凝固定律。经实测数据验证,圆方坯凝固定律能够较准确地表达连铸坯凝固过程。建议用式d=4k2t/b计算凝固中后期的凝壳厚度、液芯直径或全凝时间。
【Abstract】 Traditional solidification square root law is not fit for describing solidification process of bloomand billet. A new solidification formula of round bloom, was deduced,which is also fit for the solidification process of square bloom, so it is called solidification law of round and square bloom. The correctness of the above formula was verified by the experiment result. It is suggested that solidification shell and time should be calculated with function d = 4k2t/b.
