非调质塑料模具钢中夹杂物和析出相的作用及行为

【摘要】 本文研究了非调质塑料模具钢B20和B30中夹杂物和析出相的作用及行为。通过钙的变性处理.B20钢中的纺锤状硫化物可以成为铁素体形核的核心,从而进一步改善钢的切削加工性能。通过钙的变性处理,B30钢中的氧化物被硫化物所包裹,从而进一步改善钢的切削加工性。研究还发现,B20钢轧后于位错线上析出了细小的微合金碳氮化物,是该钢重要的强化相。
【Abstract】 The role and behaviour of non-metallic inclusions and precipitates within the developed non-quenched steel for plastic mould B20 and B30 were studied. Through calcium treatment, the sulfide inclusions in B20 steel could act as the nucleus promoting ferrite formation thus improving machinability. The oxide inclusions can be enveloped by sulfide inclusions thus improving machinability of B30 steel through calcium treatment. In addition, the micro-alloyed carbonitride particles were observed precipitating at dislocation of B20 steel after hot rolling, forming an important phase for strengthening B20 steel.
