CSP工艺生产的新一代普通碳素钢中纳米析出相的透射电镜研究

【摘要】 本文利用透射电镜(TEM)和电子能量损失谱(EELS)以及X射线能量色散谱(ED)对珠钢CSP工艺生产的新一代普通碳素钢的显微结构及析出相进行了研究。对取自CSP不同工艺阶段的ZJ330样品的研究表明,ZJ330钢中存在纳米析出相,这些纳米颗粒在轧制前的连铸阶段就已出现。初步确定该纳米析出相为具有尖晶石结构的铁氧体,和主要成分为FeS、MnS的硫化物。纳米析出相的存在可能为普通碳素钢提供一种新的强化机制。
【Abstract】 TEM, EDS and EELS were used to analyze the microstructural characteristics of plain low carbon steel ZJ330 made by CSP technology. Although there is no alloying element, nano-sized dispersing oxides and sul fides were observed in the steel and they were randomly distributed in the matrix. The nano-oxides are mainly spinel ferrite, and the nano-sulfides are MnS and FeS particles. These nano-dispersing phases can form in cast slab before experiencing great deformation by rolling process. As fine precipitates, they may provide a new approach to strengthen plain low carbon steels.
