攀钢SP52超细晶粒钢组织和性能研究

【摘要】 在攀钢1450热连轧机上,用Q235普碳钢成分生产出了具有超细晶粒的SP52热轧钢板。SP52热轧钢板的晶粒尺寸达到4-6μm,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别达到510MPa以上和400 MPa以上,钢板具有良好的冷弯成型性能和较高的冲击韧性。攀钢生产的SP52超细晶粒钢在东汽用于生产载重汽车车厢零件,完全能够满足汽车用钢的要求。
【Abstract】 SP52 ultra-fine grain hot rolling sheets which have Q235 composition were produced in Pansteel 1450 industrial mill. Microstructures and mechanical properties of SP52 hot rolling sheets with ultra-fine grain were studied. Ferrile grain size is about 4-6μm. The tensile strength is over 510MPa, the yield strength is over 400MPa. Sheets obtain excellent cold bending properties, high impact properties. SP52 hot rolling sheets with ultra-fine grain can be meet the requirements of the coach parts in Dongfeng company.
