【摘要】 本文简要介绍了薄板坯连铸连轧技术发展状况,以及具有鞍钢特色的中薄板坯连铸连轧生产线(ASP)简况。重点对ASP生产HP295热带钢的组织、夹杂物及机械性能做了检验,并与太钢、本钢生产的HP295进行了对比。结果表明:ASP完全可以生产出符合GB6653-1994要求的性能优良的HP295级热带钢。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article briefly introduces the development of the technology of thin slab cast and direct charging steel process lines, and a brief of overview of Angang thin slab cast and direct charging steel process (ASP).Emphatically tests the microstructure, inclusions and mechanical properties of hot rolling steel HP295 on ASP line, and compares them with HP295 on Taigang, Bengang line. The results show: hot strip HP295 with quality performances on ASP line can meet the requirements for GB6653-1994.更多还原
