中强度高韧性CO2气体保护焊丝用G60线材的研制
MANUFACTURE OF G60 WIRE RODS FOR CO2 GAS SHIELDED WELDING WITH MEDIUM STRENGTH AND HIGH TOUGHNESS

【摘要】 G60线材用于生产中强度高韧性CO2气体保护焊丝。根据焊丝质量要求,鞍钢新轧线材厂确定了G60盘条生产的关键点,通过现场生产实践,摸索出了适合现场工艺条件的工艺控制方法,从而生产出了质量满足用户要求的G60盘条。
【Abstract】 G60 steel wire rods were to produce steel wires for CO2 gas shielded welding with medium strength and high toughness. According to the standard, key points on the production line were found out in Angang New Steel Corporation. Through the experiments on production line, technological control method appropriate for current technological conditions was obtained. Ideal product quality was achieved.
