新型高刚度轧机的设计方案探讨
THE DISCUSSION ABOUT A DESIGN PROJECT OF NEW HIGH-STRENGTH MILL

【摘要】 通过分析轧机轧辊的受力变形特点,提出一种新型轧机的设计方案。用支承梁通过滑动轴承直接支撑在轧机工作辊辊身上,可大幅度提高轧机刚度,减小轧机体积和重量,轧机控制简单,板形控制精度高,设备投资相对于四辊轧机可大幅减少。
【Abstract】 From the investigation of the deformation characters of rollers, a design project of new type of mill is put forward. With the sliding bearings, the supporting beam is directly supported on the working roller’s body, thereby enhancing the strength of the mill greatly, decreasing its volume and weight, manipulating it easily, and making the precision of the flatness control advanced, reducing the cost of the equipment in comparison with the four-roller mill.
