热轧带钢尾部形状控制技术仿真研究

【摘要】 在采用刚塑性有限元法建立三维热应力耦合模型的基础上,对宝钢2050热轧带钢粗轧机组轧制过程进行了全程仿真。仿真结果表明,粗轧出口带钢宽度仿真值与实测值吻合良好,所建立模型有效。为此,针对目前带钢尾部切损量大的问题,结合钢材尾部鱼尾形的形成机理,本文提出了几种改进尾部形状的新方法。通过模拟计算,也给出了这些工艺对带钢尾部切损量的影响规律。
【Abstract】 Based on the 3D coupling thermal-mechanical model established with rigid-plastic FEM, the rolling processes on 2050mm rough hot mill of Baosteel was totally simulated. Simulation results showed that the calculated values accord with the measured ones, thus the model is effective. Then, aiming at the question that the cropped length of strip tail is too much and considering the forming mechanism of the fish-tail of the strip, some new methods to mend the tail shape, in this study, were brought forward. The influence rules of these methods on the crop length were also showed after simulation.
