2800mm四辊轧机工作辊和支持辊辊形的解耦同步设计

【摘要】 本文提出并建立了中厚板精轧机的工作辊与支持辊辊形解耦同步设计的理论和方法,依此创制出2800mm四辊轧机使用的变接触支持辊辊形(PMR)及配套的系列工作辊辊形和轧制超平材用的工作辊辊形(PWR),建立了相应的磨辊工艺制度。新辊形技术上机试验成功投入连续稳定使用。两年多生产实践表明,新辊形技术明显改善轧机的板形控制性能,提高钢板的板形质量和成材率,消除了支持辊端部剥落现象。
【Abstract】 The concept and method of a synchronous decoupling design on work and backup roll contours are built up. For 2800mm 4-high mill, PMR (Plate Mill Backup Rolls with Variable Contact-Length), PWR (Plate Mill Work Rolls used for "deadflat" plate rolling) and a series of work roll contours configured for PMR are developed. Additionally, a technologic system of grinding roll is set up. These new roll contours have succeeded in the test and have been put into use. After 2 years’ application, the results show that these new roll contours can apparently ameliorate the performance of shape control in plate mills, improve the quality of plate shape, increase the plate yield, and greatly cut down the spalling of backup roll.
