SG18辊轧机稳定性问题的研究

【摘要】 本文首先采用传统方法,对SG18辊轧机的受力情况及其稳定性进行了定性地分析,然后采用机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS对SG18辊轧机的运行情况进行了真实的模拟,最终给出了更加精确可靠的SG18辊轧机的辊系稳定性条件。结果表明,SG18辊轧机的辊系可具有很好的稳定性。
【Abstract】 A qualitative analysis about the contact pressure between rolls and the condition of stability of SG18-h mill was made. Furthermore, a true-to-life simulation of the running of SG18-h mill was achieved by modeling it in an advanced mechanical dynamics simulation software ADAMS, and a precise and reliable conclusion about the condition of stability was put forward. The result shows that SG18-h mill possesses good stability of the rolls if the parameters are set properly.
