连续退火炉内导向辊辊形对带钢张力横向分布影响的研究

【摘要】 运用ANSYS有限元软件仿真计算了冷轧带钢在连续退火炉内的应力应变场,定量研究了在连续退火炉内不同导向辊辊形对带钢横向张应力分布的影响,为退火炉内寻求最优的导向辊设计方案提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Considering the effect of introductory roller profile In Continuous Anneal Furnace, the ANSYS software was used to calculate the stress distribution of strip on introductory roller. The grade of which the introductory roller profile lead to the unbalanced distribution of strip’ transverse tensile stress In Continuous Anneal Furnace was researched quantificationally. The theory basis of devising introductory roller was put forward.
