【Abstract】 The original caster has been successfully upgraded by the development and application of advanced technology, such as parabolic taper mould for higher speed casting, electro-magnetic stirring of the mould and high precision laminated spring device as vibrator, in conjunction with redistributing of secondary cooling system as well as renovating of straightening machine, cooling bed and automation system. Operation result has represented remarkable improvement in term of production output, quality and other technical and economical index.更多还原
