板坯结晶器铜板表面镀层材质的优化研究与应用

【摘要】 通过对板坯结晶器铜板材质和镀层进行优化研究与实践,探讨适合当前工艺条件的最佳材质和镀层,提高了结晶器使用寿命和轧板的表面质量,取得了较好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 Optimize research and practice by way of board butt crystallizer copper coin material nature and cladding material, and inquires into optimum material nacher and cladding material that is fit for the present time technology condition, and raising finishing the brilliant ware with rolling the service life of board surface quality.
